We promise to keep your name, address and any other personal information provided secure. Unlike some other organizations, we do not sell or rent out your details to any individual or company.

What is SSL and why is it so important?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a way of transmitting private data over the Internet in a secure way. Our secure server scrambles your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address, before it is sent over the Internet. The system can also detect if the information has been tampered with, so you can be sure your details are kept safe when ordering at Twisted Miss.

How do you know we are telling the truth?

When you are in the Payment details page you can click the Verisign logo to view our certificate and see whether the page you are accessing is secure. The time and date stamp on the image shows that our security is up to date.

Also at this stage you will see a locked padlock on the bottom right of your Web browser, showing that you are in our secure area. Your card details are presented directly to our bank for clearance. Twisted Miss has no access to your credit card details after your order is placed.

Your card details are verified automatically online by Protx who are the recommended online payment processor for our bankers LloydsTSB.
