Twisted Miss fully understands that purchasing online can sometimes result in buying a product that was not quite what you expected. We try to provide our customers with as much information as possible on each product, but still appreciate that you may wish to return your purchase. We will happily accept returned products, but please read our terms carefully below.
All products supplied by Twisted Miss come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of your products for any reason then please return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund (all monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.) or you can exchange your item for an alternative product within the same price bracket.
Due to our strict health and hygiene policy used products cannot be returned. If they are unused, they must be returned in their complete original packaging and in the same condition that they were originally sent out in. All products must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Any returned items that we believe have been used or if any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without prior notice.
We have changed our policy on lingerie and clothing and we will now accept returns of these products. They may be tried for size but must be returned in the original packaging and condition they were sent in. You must ensure that all original labels remain in place and please ensure that you keep your underwear on when first trying on any items of clothing from Twisted Miss.
Twisted Miss apologises but the EC Distant Selling Regulations clearly states that we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.
The customer has the right to cancel the order placed at www.twisted-miss.co.uk within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Please remember that Twisted Miss process all orders on a same day despatch system (orders placed before 4pm), so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 requires Twisted Miss to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We do however try to refund your funds to the card that was used to place the order within 7 days. Goods are refunded within 30 days. Please ensure that you ask for proof of postage at the post office, which is free.
If returning an unwanted item should take your order value below the free offer level for postage and packing we then reserve the right to charge you the relevant postage costs for your order. Also, reshipping charges apply when a package is returned to us by Royal Mail having been unclaimed. Any package returned to us as 'refused' will be subject to a £5 administration charge. Products returned as faulty will have the customers postage costs refunded upon receipt.
