A: All Credit and Debit Card payments will be processed through LloydsTSB CardNet and the name TM Trading will appear on your statement. There will be no indication as to the nature of your purchase.

A:When you reach the payment details page you will see the verisign logo and a locked padlock on the bottom right of your Web browser showing that you are in the secure area of our website, Twisted Miss has no access to your credit card details after your order is placed, please see our security page for further details.

Q: AM I GUARANTEED TOTAL DISCRETION AND CONFIDENTIALITY WITH YOUR SERVICE?

A: Twisted-Miss.co.uk will treat your order or enquiry with absolute discretion. All items purchased are sent in plain packaging with no indication as to the contents of your order.

Q: ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?

A: All items on Twisted-Miss.co.uk are held in stock. We do not use a backorder system (the only exception to this is our Fetish Wear category), so once payment has been received your item will be prepared for despatch.

Same Day Despatch

We will guarantee to ship all orders placed Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm If your order is placed outside of these times it will be shipped the next working day. Please refer to our Delivery Terms for full details.

Q: CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED ONLINE?

A: Your confirmation of despatch email will contain your unique tracking reference number and full details of how you can track your order.

Q: IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Please report any faulty products to us within 48 hours of receipt and return it to us for an immediate exchange.

Q: IF I HAVE PURCHASED AN UNSUITABLE PRODUCT CAN IT BE EXCHANGED?

A: A 14 day satisfaction guarantee is provided with all products. We understand that with purchasing online a product may not always live up to your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange it for an alternative product or refund you in full (Postage & Packing costs are non refundable).
